The Grouse Grind

The Grouse Grind, often referred to as “Mother Nature’s Stairmaster”, is a 2.9km hike straight up the face of Grouse Mountain. The trail gains 2,800 feet of elevation making it a great workout for even the fittest of athletes.

The Grouse Grind is part of the Greater Vancouver Regional District's expansive trail system.

Grouse Grind Mountain Run

The BMO Bank of Montreal Grouse Grind Mountain Run is the true test of your season's training. Whether you are coming out to beat the current course record, to just enjoy the trail, or to raise funds for BC Lung Association, this is an excellent annual celebration of the end of the summer hiking season.
