The Grouse Mountain Hiking Community Website (the “Website”) is owned by Grouse Mountain Resorts Ltd. ("Grouse Mountain") and operated through Radiant Communications. We also recognize our obligation to our customers, community and online visitors to adhere to the highest standards of decency, fairness, and integrity in all our operations. This Policy applies only to personally identifiable information collected on this Website or other websites where this Policy is posted and does not apply to Grouse Mountain’s website located at www.grousemountain.com or any other information collected by Grouse Mountain, or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.

This Website uses two methods for the collection of personally identifiable information: The first is through our registration process where you voluntarily provide us with information; the second is collected through technology.

Information you give us…
In order for you to register as as a member of the Grouse Mountain Hiking Community, you may be asked to provide us with information such as your name, address, and your email address. This information is used for Grouse Mountain to administer your membership, to ensure registrations are legitimate and to establish and maintain a responsible commercial relationship with you. You may also be asked provide us with additional information such as your birth date and gender. We use this information to both tailor the information on this site to the site users, as well as for the functionality of the Summit Seeker Training Log for anyone who is a Summit Seeker Card holder at Grouse Mountain. Providing your age and gender is not a requirement for membership in the Grouse Mountain Hiking Community but is required if you wish to be able to use certain advanced features of the Grouse Mountain Hiking Community such as the Summit Seeker Training Log.

Upon enrolment, you had the option of opting in to receive promotional email from the Grouse Mountain Hiking Community. Subject to that choice, Grouse Mountain Resorts Ltd. may send you promotional email about products and services we feel are relevant to you.

Information we obtain through technology…
Each time you visit the Grouse Mountain Hiking Community through this Website other information about you may be collected by us such as the frequency and duration of your use of this Website and your use of links provided on this Website.
